The Jeffery H. Williams Scholarship Fund has been established by I Matter Counseling & Empowerment Services (IMCES) to help at risk youth meet their educational goals and to attend college with the supplies and materials they need to complete their coursework.  Currently IMCES will award $500 towards the purchase of books and school supplies to five students per year.  The application deadline is December 31, 2022.
